About the Brokerage

Led by experienced restaurant consultant and designer Sean Reymann, Reymann Restaurant Brokerage provides a comprehensive working knowledge of the restaurant industry. We can guide you through the restaurant buying and selling process, from identifying the ideal location to examining the building for code issues to designing the interior aesthetics. We will take the time to understand what you’re looking for in a restaurant and find the best fit for you to ensure that your investment is a success.

About Reymann

With decades of experience in the restaurant industry, Sean Reymann is one of the few certified restaurant brokers in the Charlotte area. Born and raised in Ohio, Reymann graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. He is proficient in all restaurant operations areas, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, gas piping and fire suppression layout & design. Whether it’s buying a new restaurant, designing and constructing restaurant interiors, training employees or creating a menu, Sean and his staff understand the restaurant industry from A to Z.

Reymann Restaurant Brokerage has extensive experience creating and executing restaurant concepts, starting with a business plan, financing and market study. We’ll be with you every step of the way, through designing, construction management, menu development and printed materials to promote your restaurant.

DESIGN

We will prepare a full set of blueprints with all required disciplines. We will submit the plans to the plan review agency and follow through with the plans from start to finish, going through plan review in order to obtain your building permit.
